We aim to keep listings useful and current. However, we cannot guarantee that store details, opening hours, locations, descriptions, reviews, or other published information are complete, accurate, or continuously available.

Users should verify time-sensitive details directly with the relevant store or venue before relying on them.

Copyright and trademarks

The Emese3 name, the product presentation, original copy, the branding, and other original materials of the service are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Reproduction, automated extraction (scraping), republication, or commercial reuse of protected content is permitted only where consent has been given or the law allows it.

Liability for links and third-party content

The service references third-party businesses, websites, media, authentication providers, and map or infrastructure services. We are not responsible for third-party content or policies outside the product. No unlawful content was apparent at the time of linking; we remove links promptly once we become aware of any legal violation.

The server infrastructure is operated on Oracle Cloud in Frankfurt am Main. DNS, proxy/CDN, and TLS termination are handled by Cloudflare. Details on data processing are set out in our Privacy Policy.
