Rules for using Emese3

You may use Emese3 only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.

By creating an account, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the service constitutes your ongoing agreement to these terms and the privacy policy.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, including features related to sign-in, submissions, reviews, maps, or moderation.

If you submit stores, reviews, photos, profile details, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide that material and that it does not violate the rights of others.

You grant Emese3 a non-exclusive right to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and display submitted content as needed to operate, review, promote, and improve the service.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with normal operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate others, or submit deceptive reviews or listings.

We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these rules or create legal, safety, or trust risks for the platform or its users.

Emese3 may review, reject, edit, or remove submissions at its discretion, including for quality control, safety, duplication, abuse prevention, or policy enforcement reasons.

Acceptance of a submission does not create an obligation to keep that content published permanently.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO/GDPR). For full details on what data is collected, on what legal basis, and what rights you have, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to the processing of your personal data as described under Art. 15–22 DSGVO.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded (i.e., when you create your account).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g., an email) of your decision to withdraw. You may use the contact details provided in the Legal Notice.

Upon withdrawal, we will delete your account and associated personal data in accordance with our privacy policy. Note that by using the service before the withdrawal period expires, you acknowledge that you may lose access to any content you have submitted.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Emese3 does not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emese3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business interruption damages arising from use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is [City], Germany, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that achieves the economic purpose of the original provision as closely as possible.
